Milestones in Organized Domino

1968

Began playing competitive domino in Jamaica.

1970

Consultant and Chief Judge in the Machado / Players National Domino Association All-Island Competition.

1975

Toronto, Canada: Co-founder and player of Time & Place Domino Club, a leading competitive domino team.

1993

Dragon Stout All-Island Domino Competition national launch, supported by D&G / Desnoes & Geddes.

1993

Publication of official tournament rule book to standardize competitive play.

1993

The Domino Effect: sponsor-supported presentation of domino sets to The Mico School for gifted children and slow learners.

1994–1996

Managed the British Domino League Caribbean tours for three years.

Jamaica Tour

Expanded the tour beyond Kingston to Clarendon, Manchester, Black River, YS Falls, Negril, Montego Bay and Dunn's River Falls.

Official Visits

Programme included matches with the Institute of Sports and Jamaica Gleaner, plus visits with the Governor-General, Minister of Sports and Director of Public Prosecutions.

Barbados

The tour filled two empty hotels and included international test series activity.

St. Lucia

The tour filled one major hotel as domino became part of a broader sports tourism experience.

London

Invited by the British Domino League to serve as Chief Judge at its National Finals; travel sponsored by British Airways.

Channel 4

Contribution to documentary work connected with domino in the United Kingdom.

Today

Preservation of documents, photographs, video and memories through this digital museum.
